Our Management
Maeve Hospitality Management (Pvt) Ltd, incorporated in September 2017, is a professional hospitality management company founded by Alex Jayatilake and Sunil Peiris. Together, they bring more than six decades of combined experience in hotel operations, finance, and strategic management across Sri Lanka and international markets.
Alex began his hospitality career with Hilton International, while Sunil developed extensive expertise through his leadership roles with John Keells Holdings. Their shared vision is to create hospitality experiences that combine operational excellence with authentic Sri Lankan warmth.
Supported by a team of experienced hospitality professionals, Maeve Hospitality Management offers comprehensive expertise in hotel operations, guest experience, health and safety, risk management, financial planning, and revenue optimization. The company provides complete hotel management and consultancy services, including feasibility studies, investment analysis, operational planning, and asset management, enabling hospitality owners to maximize both guest satisfaction and long-term investment value.
